Beesion is a software vendor, with more than 10 years in the industry and is specialized in the communications vertical market. It has more than 30 applications for Communication Service Providers (CSP), from standalone solutions to a complete Full Stack BSS (Business Support System), with customers along the Americas and Europe. It uses Blazedpath Low-Code Development Platform to build, support and evolve all its products. 

We have recently interviewed Beesion’s VP of Architecture, Edward Gomez, and now we share his thoughts about Blazedpath platform. 

“Communications market is dynamic and complex. Our customers demand speed. Speed to build software and to integrate it to their legacy or other’s vendor applications. Speed to modify their systems. Service Providers are continuously creating products, bundles and service options, across multiple networks and technologies. They are riding the digital transformation journey, in the search of an automated end-to-end operation process and an omnichannel customer experience. They demand fast changes in their systems to accomplish that“, said Edward Gomez. 

“So, we must work fast, and there is where Blazedpath is outstanding. It has smart tools that accelerate the whole development process”, assures Gomez. 

When asked about the platform’s features he remarked: “For example, with its dynamic map of dependencies, one knows exactly where a change impacts, and what other part of the code is impacted by that change. You don’t waste time searching, the platform shows you what the impact is and where it happened.” 

“Another cool feature is that it has mockups for practically everything and that speeds up the initial setup. You can start coding right away. Otherwise one needs to create DBs, connect to an authentication server, verify that external services are running somewhere, and so on.”  

 “And then compiling times, which are very low using this platform. That encourages you to innovate in your code and try new ideas.”
